Canon EOS 40D movie mode - outside

By request, a new video shot with my EOS 40D. I used a new method to record this, using a buffer so slower CF cards should be able to shoot the full 30fps as well. It's still not 100% perfect so I missed a couple of frames, you'll see the movie skip occasionally.

1. I thought the Eos 40d can't take video.

2. Why is the quality so bad, is it because the Eos 40d takes bad video???
