Since our founding in 1951, The Nature Conservancy has preserved some of the most meaningful places from across our lives...from the lakes and rivers we enjoy, to the air that we breath, to the trees and forests that keep our planet healthy. We work with governments, corporations and conservation groups to safeguard the landscapes that shaped the people we were - and continue to define the stories of the people we are today. As this year draws to a close, we would like to thank you for your help as we protect the places that have always been important to you, because our most important human stories depend on a healthy environment.
