@AngelofMusic04 You are partly right. If you look closely, Lance's character is still alive- the Cenobites did this for an introduction to what he will experience in the Labyrinth. As they had treated Frank in the first film. Franks being ripped alive continued on in Hell..just as this man's demise will continue there as well. The film I agree is not good, but he did attempt to open the box. So did Kirsty, and the Cenobites visited her in the hospital as well.

Watch and learn kids, Lance stole the identites of Pinhead and his associates in this film by subliminal suggestion and drugging the kids he blammed for the death of his son. Pinhead caught and two of his cenobite minnions sliced Lance in half. In short don't steal the identities of cenobites and open the box, otherwise procedure will be thrown out the window and they'll make you pay.

they screwed up the opening of the box. You press the button, and THEN turn the dial thingy...THEN it goes to the Lament Confinguration (the sun position)
