Kangen water is simply an easier way of stating: Alkaline, ionized, electron rich, restructured, micro clustered, active hydrogen saturated, oxidation reduced, powerful water
@beetz15s Every cell in our bodies runs on glucose/glycogen. Sure, fruit is the best source for glucose, but complex carbs like whole grains are also good. I just don't see how it's possible to live on just greens. The amount you'd have to eat is enormous. Especially people in poverty eat whole grains like millet, rice, and barley. Enough carbohydrate calories is essential. Search "durianriders 220" here on Youtube and watch a video about Dr. Young who thinks calories dont matter.
if your still on that whole calorie standard you have a long way to go. You every had 2 liters of adaptogenic herbs and ran 10k and experienced what that feels like? or consume a pound of cherries and blaze through 25 miles on your bike? Do you know people who live in poverty that eat very low rations every day and do some of the most back bending labor in the high sun? Have you ever went a week without food and still able to breath walk, and function? life is bigger than rice.
@beetz15s Sure, greens are essential and they do help with cleansing/bowel movements, but how are you going to survive mostly on greens? It's physiologically impossible. A cup of green contains around 50 calories so I don't see how a grown adult can sustain him/herself on mostly greens. Not enough calories = not enough fuel.
very informative. thank you.
