(Cool)Shite TV Ep 3 - STARDUST
http://www.stardustmovie.com/intl/au/

This Episode we review Neil Gaiman's STARDUST
A young man named Tristan (Charlie Cox) tries to win the heart of Victoria (Sienna Miller), the beautiful but cold object of his desire, by going on a quest to retrieve a fallen star. His journey takes him to a mysterious and forbidden land beyond the walls of his village. On his odyssey, Tristan finds the star, which has transformed into a striking girl named Yvaine (Claire Danes). However, Tristan is not the only one seeking the star. Lord Stormhold's (Peter O'Toole) three living sons not to mention the ghosts of their four dead brothers all need the star as they vie for the throne. Tristan must also overcome the evil witch, Lamia (Michelle Pfeiffer), who needs the star to make her young again. As Tristan battles to survive these threats, encountering a pirate named Captain Shakespeare (Robert De Niro) and a shady trader named Ferdy the Fence (Ricky Gervais) along the way, his quest changes. He must now win the heart of the star for himself as he discovers the meaning of true love

  • Nate you need a lady on the show!!!!! *ahem*

  • There was once a Girl on the (cool) Shite team, or so the legends say... before my time, "TribleB", she moved away.

  • Dear Gentlemen. I would like to say I agree with you on most points from this video, particularly that British Sci-Fi is good. However I disagree that American Sci-Fi is bad. Granted the Sci-Fi channel puts out a lot of bad movies, but a lot of good stuff has come out of America too. To list a few (not all recent) Star Trek, Star Wars, the Stargate TV series, and (my favorite) Firefly. Thanks for another good video, and for putting up with criticisim.

  • A lot of the original Star wars wasn't filmed in the USA, and the latest ones were filmed in aussieland ;), a lot of stargate is filmed in canada too. heh.

  • I loved the movie:)

  • Now I know this was half a year ago, but the problem isn't that the show is 30 minutes. For god's sake Lord of the Rings still made a profit. But the discussion is boring. It just feels contrived. Like a tv show without the overpaid writers. If it was just a bunch of DC Star Wars dorks chilling out, poking fun and discussing a couple of flicks, I might've been able to sit back and just take in your personalities, but I couldn't get into it. And that was the first five minutes.
