Seagrave take a look again, there is a Q on the two axle tanker, it's in the middle of the bumper area look again.

Check out the YouTube video "Marion Responding to a Structure Fire." The first rig that passes is just like your tank truck but with a single rear axle. It's the same size International chassis. And although the video is, to me, "ruined" by their use of both the electronic siren on wail and the Q screaming, it shows that that size truck should be able to handle a Q quite well. Check it out.
