@philipfrosslingmusic I heard them talking about their new album on TV and they said it was 'proper indie rock stuff' ...And ive seen them live maybe 5,000 people there and they all made mistakes except maybe the drummer and the bassist! Cause he was to busy gallivanting up and down the stage with his stupid hat on instead of playing some decent music!

@MonkeySwoop and in response to your first statement: you are right, but playing live in front of millions of people on new years eve is different to playing in front of thousands so i don't think you should give the guitarist shit for that. it doesn't really make him a "bad" musician.

@MonkeySwoop they never ever claimed to be rockstars. and they aren't. in fact they always define their music as pop when an interviewer asks them to do so. i guess they don't quite fit the pop mould since they are all heavily influenced by 60s music esp. the old school songwriters.

I do agree they have a certain skill that some people might appreciate ... but i don't like the fact that they try and be massive rockstars and shit when they are a pop group. They are like that Cocozza guy.. trying to be rockstars but essentially they are just a pop group!!
