This episode is excellent, and carries a very important message. When coaches take the fun out of the game, and have a win-at-all costs attitude, it is counterproductive. When a coach puts winning ahead of the health and well-being of his players, that's the lowest level of win-at-all costs. The most important thing is not winning, but rather winning and being morally correct at the same time. A coach should NEVER take the fun out of the game. When sports are no fun, it's time to get out.
