Pole Dancing 101 - A Mother and Daughter Excursion

There are hundreds of fabulous pole dancing demonstrations on YouTube and this is NOT one of them. My try-anything 69-year old mother greeted me at the airport waving a website with 'hey, wanna do it?' I had mentioned I was looking for a dance class - something upper-body physical to counter the stiffness one gets from riding a bicycle for a living, and something way more interesting than aerobics, yoga or the gym.

yea the classes are so familial there's no competition it's very helpful for self confidence.

I did the course with Polestars in the Uk and it's SO MUCH FUN! I'd recommend it to anyone!!!
