you have worked hard for what you have, congrats. but you abs are a mess due to poor ad improper technique. work on your abs and your chest. fill in the gaps(narrow grip press and decline press) good luck. btw get some NANOEXPLODE and take anabolic steroids. the ones that are legal. they WILL help you.

hmm do the dunk first, if you gain muscle it'll be harder to jump high. Advice to jump high: I used to do jumping drills for v-ball, run up against a wall, reach up and jump. the other is to do the v-ball approach for a spike both propels your body upward, I never could dunk though. well good luck!

should i go for quantity or quality? how many reps and sets for wall jumps?

we did many jumps and they were both for quantity and quality..it's always sets of 10s to 20s but we run to the wall jump, run back and run to the wall again and jump. but I think for dunking the v-ball approach might work better since you jump off one foot. If you know anyone who plays vball it'd be better to practice jumping with them!
