Sami has to say goodbye to Lucas to save her family and her future with Lucas..Which he can not understand now they are left with the memorys of their goodtimes together and its killing them to be apart will they find the way back to each other...Cuz true love never dies...

ima big fan for safe but sami and lucas should be together this is so sad. they have to find each other that was the best part of both of their lives when they were together

Why? Why did you leave Lucas? I have hated storylines since that day, but had hope that someday Sami & Lucas would find their way back to each other. Now that Days decided not to renew Bryan's contract, I'm so distraught. The show's not the same without Lumi or atleast the hope. No one else will ever have the history with either of them that they have with each other. Days better be trying to get Bryan back & correct this or they'll lose so many longtime viewers. Other new couples can't compete.

I don't know the exact date, but it was November 2007. I remember, because I thought it was the start of the most ridiculous writing I have watched on the show. Lucas would never have let Sami walk out on their perfect love & marry the guy who raped her, not to mention Sami would not have left the love of her life & put her children in jeopardy by agreeing to such an arrangement. It was a stupid ploy to appease ejami fans, but in the process destroyed one of Days strongest supercouples, bad move
