Our traditional concept of what a pirate sounds like comes from a rough West Country sound, notably Cornish. Now, I am not going to be overly critical as I respect the spirit in which your short video was created. However, if you are interested in improving your 'pirate' accent, look up some Cornish accents online. :)

intersting thing - actor Robert Newton came up with that accent while researching for his role as Long John Silver in Treasure Island, 1950. He based it on a Cornish miner he met in a bar.
