If the justice system or police fail I applaude people uniting themselves against assholes. Usually I think the eve teasers get away easy as the crowds slap them, not with fists. I don't know what photo it was but it must be an upskirt punani close-up or something!
I wish people over here acted more vigilant and help each other, here they act as bystanders, with exceptions ofcourse.
