http://systemablog.blog.com In this drill we learn to let go of the tension in the feet which sticks us to the ground and harms us by standing or walking on the heels and letting pushes move through us. In the second part we learn to relax the feet so we can roll with no unnecessary tension in the legs and hips by employing the same method.
