This video was shot during July 2007, i.e. when the battles were already ongoing, and by the looks of how they are shooting, they seem to have no clue of where Fateh El Islam might be, and shooting randomly at residential buildings, although there might be no one in it, is unacceptable since they basically are destroying the homes of civilians.

The shisha shows the total lack of seriousness of these members of the LAF in dealing with the camp. in a proper army these should be persecuted.

I don't see why this video is described as outrageous behaviour by the lebanese army? Innocent people aren't being killed. Their simply shooting an abandoned building. Man some people try to make something of nothing. Theres clearly no threat. its probably just training. Israeli and U.S army are the outrageous ones always killing innocent.
