Hello again youtubers. In this video you will learn a simple trick to work around your painful shin splints. i have had my painful shins for 2-3 years now and recently i found a work around lol. i didnt come up with it although i did figure it out for myself without help=) im a smartyyy lol jk.

I'm taking boxing lessons and all the sudden i got shin splints and running 3-5 miles aday it got to where i couldnt walk and now this exercise along with ankle supports i can run again without the throbbing feeling. Ohhhhhhhhh for all you beginners here's some advice DON'T jumprope on concrete or hard suface use some kind of cushion.
