Macro Mineral Magnesium and more minerals from the man meandering on methods meant to mitigate health problems. http://www.facelessfatloss.com

What do we do when we're deficient in magnesium, are suffering the health consequences for this deficiency, and yet the pills, powders and drinks that we consume do not convert the magnesium into a bio-available supplement that can help us?

Anyone who has taken a good amount of any magnesium supplement knows what happens...instant laxative, out the other end.

We are living in times when our soil is sorely depleted of the many minerals we need. Hence deficiencies. Certain kinds of supplements can assist us hugely in this regard. It is often the case as well, that the amount of the supplement needn't be taken in large doses unless used for medicinal/therapeutic purposes. No need to follow the suggestions on the label...experiment instead on what works for you, and I always cycle almost all supplements I take...with magnesium a rare exception.

LONG overdue on a video, another month going without (happened last year at this time as well).

The incredibly important mineral magnesium!

The very best way to get magnesium levels in your body up to par, and the fastest way, is via topical application. Oral supplementation can take two years to get your levels where you want them...transdermal absorption is "the" way to get levels up in a mere six weeks while noticing positive results almost *immediately*. People notice such incredible benefits from magnesium, that I make it a suggested standard part of my program, HUGELY applicable to stress relief (reducing cortisol for weight loss benefits), pain relief, pronounced Fibromyalgia relief, countering nanobacteria and other calcium-related issues (organ calcification which is becoming commonplace), anti-arterial plaque, anti-kidney stones, energy production and so many more benefits I don't have room to list. I support the latest theories considering magnesium deficiency to be the core problem that an alleged calcium deficiency is being blamed for (such as osteroporosis).

Explore my favorite magnesium oil below, including their MagnesootheMax natural deodorant, and if you decide to order any of this company's great products (I use almost all of them), be sure to put my name, facelessfatloss, in the coupon code for a discount on anything from this wonderful company. :)

WAY more info on this topic pending, it's a biggie.

Thanks!

Random ab flex around 2:27 or so. Yes, I was flexing my ABS, not the arms...just a major-league "suck in" the way us guys do to attempt to impress people. I don't know what prompted it.

(Also more of my alleged humor coming in future videos, to keep things as entertaining as possible. Watch at your own risk.)

  • that was good! You crack me up so much when you stopped to flex! haha I was wondering why were you filming in the bathroom? Right then, you flexed! lol :~}

    made my day!\

  • @jett888 As many people know, taking too much magnesium, especially in pill/capsule form, can cause diarrhea.

That's the real reason why I'm filming in the bathroom...*just in case*...the toilet is right there.

    ;) (My humor)

(Stacy, you can NOT set me up like that and expect me NOT to revert to my 13-year-old boy humor!)

That's me being silly folks. To be serious, diarrhea does not happen with topical magnesium, see my comments below regarding absorption and surface area limitations. =)

  • With magnesium oil how do you know how much magnesium your getting if you're just rubbing it in to your skin? How do you regulate the dose?

  • @CtrlAltDltYou Great question. In my experience, the stools are the guide. As with other forms of magnesium supplementation, when the body has had enough, it passes via loose stools. Such a large percentage of us have been found to be deficient that this rarely happens with topical applications due to having only so much surface area to apply it to. Yet the absorption is so efficient and productive, that the benefits are noticed readily, which is what makes it such an ideal option. =)

  • WIth so many "fitness experts" out there "recommending" supplements, its good to finally hear from someone that chooses integrity over financial gain. Its hard to know who/what to trust/listen to thesedays.

  • One thing I dont understand is the body electrolytes. How can you say one person is deficient on Mg or Ca if their electrolytes are withing normal limits?

  • I just started taking 2x528 mgs tabs of magnesium citrate today and noticed that my lips felt dry and chapped, even though I hidrate myself well. Have u experienced thids? I´m wondering if this is a regular side effect of taking so much mag or is it an allergic reaction?
