Israeli troops clashed with Arab protesters along three hostile borders on Sunday, leaving as many as 16 people dead and dozens wounded in an unprecedented wave of violence marking the anniversary of the mass displacement of Palestinians surrounding Israel's establishment in 1948. Hundreds of Palestinians moved across the Syrian border into the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights. The border breach set off several hours of violent clashes in which at least four people were killed. At the Qalandiya checkpoint on the outskirts of Ramallah in the West Bank, Israeli troops rushed in to disperse protesters, leaving several wounded. Israel's prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has insisted that he will vigorously defend his country's borders after the mass infiltration from Syria.

1926. Balfour Declaration. Google it.
"Voluntarily" was the wrong word. What I meant was that the majority of Arabs in the region who left, left due to war and the actions of Arab armies. That's not to say that the Irgun, Lehi and, to a lesser extent, the Hagannah didn't exile people. However, the vast majority of land that came under the control of Jews was land legally purchased(which itwas, in huge amounts), resettled land and completely new settlements.

@ParamoreWorshipper What kind of government is that by promising Jews instead of Arabs as a majority? So the Arabs "VOLUNTARILY" moved out in order to give up their huge size of the land for Jews according to the Israel map before and after 1947? Are you crazy? LOL!

I said land that the government ruled. The government promised it to Jews. That's not a lie, it's a fact. Regardless of what map you're talking about, it is not evidence of any of your accusations - a map cannot show how land was aquired, only that it was. You haven't taken into account the massive influx of Mizrahim at that time and the fact that a lot of land was VOLUNTARILY vacated by Arabs, then resettled by Jews. You've jumped to the conclusion that the land was stolen.

@ParamoreWorshipper Yeah, right! That's a lie by saying that all Jews ruled that area. As to the map, which map are you talking about? What I meant is the map of Israel before and after 1947.

It's not fiction, you fool, it was a legally-binding declaration. The government promised Jews land that they ruled. It has everything to do with who ruled who.
Jews had ruled the area for ages, dating back to long before Jesus' time. They had ruled the land for longer consecutive periods than Arabs ever had.
The map simply shows the distribution of land among ethnic and ethno-religious groups at different times. It never indicates how said land was aquired.

@ParamoreWorshipper Your "promised Jews a homeland" crap is a fiction. Anyone can promise anything to anybody! Arabs were promised too! Again, it has nothing to do with who ruled whom and Jews have never ruled that area before 1946. They stole land after the declaration of Jewish state in 1947. Look at the map before and after.

I know that both groups lived there and tha Arabs were the majority. I never denied that. However, Arabs did not govern the area.
The 1926 Balfour Declaration, well before WWII, promised Jews a homeland in the region. This was agreed to by the then-government of the region.
Of course it has to do with who ruled whom! The land was promised to Jews by the people who governed it!
Also, legally binding emigration does not account to stealing.
