You get the complete pcb layouts and schematics in the download section (incl. of course labels for all parts). You also get the complete firmware incl. source code and compiled binaries. You also get the schematics and the layout of the programming interface. You get the source code for a test and calibration tool. You get photographs of the assembled devices and demo applications to test them with.
What else do you expect? Please be more specific.

What kind of instructions were you hoping for? This should be sufficient for someone who has some experience in building such things. This is definitely not a project for beginners as it involves SMD soldering, flashing a firmware etc etc ...
