This is a complete shoulder workout that will help you build cannon ball sized delts and shoulders so wide that you have to turn sideways to walk through doors! Ok, maybe that's a slight exaggeration, but try it anyway!

  • Lee, I've been meaning to ask you, how often do you work shoulders?

    My routine is usually Monday - Shoulders/back ----Tuesday- Chest/lats Wednesday - Biceps/triceps Thursday - light cardio - Friday - repeat.

    Is that good?

    1 day dedicated to shoulders per week is enough. Your shoulders indirectly get worked with all upper body exercises (i.e. chest, back, arms, etc.). So 1 shoulder workout per week is plenty.

    I agree, cables work great for shoulder isolation work. Keeps the tension on the muscles through the entire range of motion.

    The rest times are edited out of the video to save time. It would be kind of pointless for me to film 1-2 minutes of rest time between each set. The video would be an hour long if I did that :-)

  • @Badfish228 Well for one you need to have a rest day right after your full rotine so dont just repeat you could even do cardio on the weekends so you have time to rest your body

    2.Shoulders need to be done by themselves.

    3. Biceps and lats work a lot better than chest and lats because when you work chest it also mainly works triceps.

    4. You have to remeber to fit in forearms, legs and abs so your whole body looks muscular and defined not just your main upper body.

  • dinosaur cannonball delt-snatch grip behind the neck push press-5x5,push jerks or split jerks[a favorite of the olympic gold medalist weightlifter JOHN DAVIS.]-5x5.favorite capping exercise-wide grip upright rows to the nipple level of the chest.these are a great alternative to standard laterals and presses.your doing great.train hard and good luck.
