@masoudfun1996 - the Regional Forecast icons (for the ones in my area) were changed to ones matching the Extended Forecast for a period, and then to the "alternate" main ones (Partly Cloudy had two little clouds, not one like the originals). They were redone and they didn't animate the same.
This version here was the original and they went away from it. They probably had to do it to match the eventual-iconified Travel Cities Forecast.
And after a closer look, I see that the radar picture doesn't have a "ELC" for El Campo, TX. The WxStar 4000 in Beaumont, TX always did, even back in 1991. Wonder why that is?

My favorite Regional Condition icon setup. They matched the Studio's version to a T. It didn't last long, though :(.
