Well it's going to take quite a while getting the hundreds of additional levels up. If you still need level 38 medium, here's the description from left to right:

Tall Tan Rectangle - far left top

Brown L - top, right of Tall Tan Rectangle

Pink Square - top inside Brown L

Small Orange Rectangle - far right top

Small Tan L - far left bottom

Pink L - far right bottom

Green Square - far right on top of Pink L
