主料:牛肉馅 辅料:海米、蘑菇、辣豆豉、洋葱、香菇粉 调料:白糖、甜面酱、料酒、大料、花椒、干辣椒、辣豆瓣酱 烹制方法: 1、将洋葱切末,蘑菇切丁,海米切碎,香菇粉用开水冲开调成酱备用; 2、坐锅点火倒油,下花椒、大料炸香后取出,先放洋葱末炸成金黄取出,再下入蘑菇丁炸干取出,后放入海米碎炸香,加入豆豉、牛肉馅炒至干香,再加入豆瓣酱炒香,再放入炸好­的洋葱末、蘑菇丁、香菇酱、姜末,调入料酒、白糖、甜面酱,炒至干香出锅前加入味精即可。 特点:麻辣咸香,开胃下饭。
