I just wanted to get something up and going. My form and strength need work. However, I used to be a long distance runner so I made some needed changes in life. I included different clips I had recorded to show some general strength. I had been experimenting with the structures around me.

Nice video. Very creative use of your surroundings. I'm in the same boat. You should check out Demon Drills on You Tube. They have similar videos and might give you some more ideas.
