How to get 18 blocks on NBA Live 08

It's really simple. Start a 2 player game, use somebody about 7'6. Block up to 18 shots. Confirm that 18 shots have been blocked. Then unplug the controller of whichever team was shooting. Resume the 1 player game, and select quit game/rematch. Wait for the new tipoff and boom, achievement unlocked. :)

That 1,000 achievement will probably never happen. It sure won't happen by chance and there'e been numerous attempts to congregate a bunch of people online with no success.

on 2k9 i´ve managed to block 11 shots with yao ming against the computer

It's interesting how scoreboard looks like, it;s 0-0 but when you load menu it show the real score.
