Who doesnt like potatoes? We havent heard of anyone and frankly wed be surprised if we did— especially after watching this weeks episode featuring Fingerling Potatoes! Shaped like stubby fingers and packed with flavor, fingerling potatoes come in many varieties, including Russian Banana, French, Austrian Crescent and Ruby Crescent, and are grown using heritage seed potatoes resulting in earthy potato goodness and hearty texture. Join guest chef Lee Anne Wong, from the French Culinary Institute and Bravos Top Chef, as she shares her super-easy roasted fingerling potato recipe with a quick buttermilk yogurt herb dressing.

  • Love the video. there is a generic reference to "Idahos" as brown potatoes. Idaho is not a variety, it is a source. About 1/3rd of all russets are grown in Idaho.

  • @honeybear64 lol..Ya i know all about carbs. What I did find out for me anyway is I can have them but in the Morning to mid morning as I am very active for the rest of the day.Can have pasta to,but not for dinner.I never bought into the governments joke of a food pyramid anyway.I eat what i want when i want it.If i want pasta or mac and cheese in the morning i eat it,but not the amount of what people eat in the evening.I can actualy have more variaty of foods i love but in smaller amounts..

  • @koolbossjock Well, I guess if that's all you ate at dinner, it'd be a pretty carb-intense meal, but it looks great as part of a complete meal.

I know low-carb is all the rage these days, but carbohydrate is the body's primary fuel. The key is staying away from highly processed, refined carbs that cause such sharp insulin spikes.

  • Gorgeous recipe!

  • That looks Sooooooo Good,But to many Carbs.

  • way to work around the super-high work surface, wong! that looked uncomfortable.
