@woodycarr: AWESOME! Thanks so Much! I can't wait to have this pretty work of art "stirring up" double toil and trouble on the porch this H-Day. And by "pretty" I mean appropriately ugly. I'm also building two of your rockin' granny mechanisms for an undead Bride and Groom couple. I already had the scariest house in the neighborhood last year, but ToT's will definitely think twice before approaching this year. BTW, are you a member of the GoE?

This looks fantastic. Is that an old fan motor for the head? I have a "poor man's" version of this minus the moving head.

The mask and hands were the most expensive items. Those were about $110 total. The rest of the materials were about $200.

I put it together myself back in 2004 using Sony ACID Pro 5 to mix 17 different sounds into a 96 second loop.

Great stuff man. I'm building one right now, but I'm missing a few dimensions from your website. I need some PVC measurements for her torso. The "sides", as you call it, are they +/- 10"? Also, the PVC that extends from there (after 45 degree connector) would you say those are about 6"? And then +/- 4" after that? Thanks for introducing a great prop for us home haunters, BTW!!
