From their 1976 debut album, "Too Hot To Handle", the song went to #2 on the R&B charts. Rod Temperton(keyboards) wrote the ballad and went on to write a few other popular songs for Michael Jackson.("Rock With You", "Off The Wall", "Thriller" among the most famous)

Beautiful beautiful beautiful song ... Johnnie Wilder could sing so effortlessly and still one of the best vocalists. Such an awesome talent. He was and is still truly missed. Singing with the angels now I'm sure. Love HEATWAVE.
