maybe he doesnt want one.. maybe its too expensive... maybe he has one and trains light weight... maybe he just wants to show us his combos... maybe his cieling couldnt support that... really its not a big deal.

Kicks are too straight. Bring you leg up high, bent 45 from pivot and strike down with shin. Those kicks are not effective.

This video is like watching myself 3 years ago when i used to train on 70 lbs bag. I was a pretty hard hitter, and the bag was flying all over the place, until one day it ripped the piece of ceiling off, and the metal hook holding the bag hit me over the head and i end up at the hospital.
The point of this comment: you seem to hit pretty hard, but you need to get a heavier bag, because like this you will only hurt yourself.

Thanks man. This bag got ripped a long time ago. Luckily, the ceiling held and no one got hurt. :) We have heavier and longer bags now.

This bag wasn't so heavy, perhaps 30kg's. We recently bought a longer and heavier one.

Not bad kid. Must be a South Paw like myself and your posture would suggest you like to be close up in a fight. Those skills will help.
