  • so would 4'oclock be a good time to work out for a hardgainer such as my self ? or should i do my work out about an hour before heading to sleep and also can i do more than one workout a day because when i do one work out ill work until i absolutely cant do anymore and within an hour im good to go for another and i want to but im not sure if it will effect my weight gaining

  • 4pm is ok, but I prefer time at around 8pm...at 9 I'm back from the gym, have my after workout meal and then before 11 I'm going to bed...If you are a hardgainer, training too long is not what I would do.

  • My workouts are about 45 min long. I use HPX program, the workouts are really intense but you don't spend 2 hours in the gym.
