omg, i have made yogurt a bunch of times now...and the first three times it came out perfect,u know thick,and smooth...now, it refuses to get thick,and im doing everything the same!!!! grrrr......its like a yogurt drink. i still eat it,but wtf?
I read online sometimes the plain yogurts from the store dont have cultures in them even when they say they do? wht am i doin wrong?

love your videos. please be careful heating the glass jars! if you cool them quickly they'll crack. i made that mistake once.

@misstresst i put the yogurt in for about 4 hours, you can check it at regular intervals until its fermented to your tastes. thanks for watching, eric.

I made some yesterday,I used a cooler tho, figured it would keep the heat in better.I left the heating pad on high, for 6 hours. It came out a little tart,but its awesome!!!!!smooth,and creamy.Thank you for posting this video.I am so excited I get to make my own yogurt.Your videos are great!

@misstresst wow great. i use a styrofoam cooler now, the kind they ship frozen steaks in, my neighbor was throwing one out, now its the yogurt maker. eric.
