i've always wondered why those miracles were never recorded anywhere else in the historical records. there were many peoples then, like the Sumerians, the Phoenicians, and Babylonians, the Greeks,Jews,Egyptians, and the list goes on. no other place in the historical record except the bible is there evidence of miracles.

Actually, this is just basic logic. It is called burden of proof. The burden of proof is on the person making a claim.

I know logic isn't exactly valued among the religious, but it is interesting nonetheless and you may want to look into it someday.

Atheists love logic however. No doubt then you will have no difficulty proving that there is no God. LOL.

Proving there is no god is easy.

Getting christians to accept the proof is almost impossible.

Jesus asked openly if any of his contemporaries could prove he was lying. And they could not. You make sweeping assertions with no basis. It seems to me that as it is atheists who follow their father, who was a liar and a murderer from the beginning. ( John 8: 42-47)

That's nice. Show us something that was written close enough to Jesus' time to actually matter, and that actually verifies any of the events that supposedly happened. Otherwise you've just got historians mentioning Christians and their beliefs, which is not unusual since Christians existed.

Also, Eusebius was of the opinion that it is okay to falsify history if it helped out the church. He pretty much admitted this openly.

Actually, you are thinking of the disc, the inner area of a circle. The term circle refers properly to the perimeter. The series of arch's that encompass the disc.
