Heres my 1982 Camaro Berlinetta reving up, its a 383 small block, turbo350 trans, dyno'd at 510hp engine. 423hp wheels. "2 leaking valves"/ piston 7 acting up bad

hey outlaw im getting a 82 berlinetta camaro in like 3 months, 2.5L I4 4 speed manual tranny, silver original paint/interior, i was just wondering would it be worth it to put 10K into it in upgrades like bigger motor(350) with a 5 speed manual or should i just kepp it almost all stock, but the reason why i want to swap motors is cuz its slow as turtles, like i mean a turtle could make its way down the 1/4 mile faster then the car

@mclajam327 nice job on the car buddy, i say go for the 350 and a 5speed. there shouldn't be any problems swapping a 4 speed to a 5. i know what your talking about, I've driven camaros with that setup and boy oh boy its slow. good luck with the car and thank for posting

I hate to tell you this but thats wrong, Berlinetta's where the luxury camaro. They where trying to compete with BMW and lexus at the time but it wasnt working out and they dropped the line in early 1986

510hp? really. come on. sounds like a stock 305, i have a z28 and even i know thats seems WAY off.
