All symptoms very in the time it take to remove them. Some times once or twice, sometimes a few times a day for a month. It just depends on too many factors as far as what caused it in the first place. So, it a good technique to practice for life, not just to fix a single problem. This way it doesn't matter, you do it a few times a day on anything so healing becomes a habit.
