California lawmakers rejected a bill that would have made it illegal to carry unloaded guns in public. The Senate narrowly approved the measure today, the last day of the regular legislative session, on a 21-16 vote, but it failed in the Assembly. Democratic Assemblywoman Lori Saldana of San Diego sought the bill after gun-rights groups held a series of demonstrations openly carrying unloaded weapons. Lori Saldana is a waste! How can she support illegal immigration while trashing an American right? Go figure. Now, if this worthless legislation becomes law, how can it legally extend to private property rights?
Also, what about non-CCW permit holders? Can we legally carry "concealed" handguns on our own property?
