There was no second 9/11 plans ever revealed through torture. In fact there was NO foiled attack of any kind revealed. Torture only works in your Hollywood dreams. In fact all torture does is piss off a whole lot of foreigners and their families, who then HATE the USA more than ever, causing even more terrorist acts.
Also it give terrorists the right to torture American prisoners in turn.
