JOSH HARTNETT TAKES A BEATING IN LUCKY NUMBER SLEVIN

In Lucky Number Slevin Josh Hartnett plays a victim of mistaken identity hunted down by rival mobsters Sir Ben Kingsley and Morgan Freeman.

Josh says alot of the scenes in the film playing the wisecracking Slevin required him to wince in pain.

"Alot of the characters like to hit my character and stop him in his tracks. They get sick of his mouth and punch him in the nose. So I didn't have to learn that much, I just had to wince in pain alot."

Hartnett had to wear a prosthetic nose for most of the shoot which he took to wearing while partying with Bruce Willis and Lucy Liu in the local Montreal clubs.
