In Islam, there is no such thing as blood shed to purify ourselves from sin. And in the Islamic view, Adam and Eve didnt kill any pure animal to get themselves cleansed. They repented and asked forgiveness from god. Where did you get this info? Poor thing... Oh, and what's a pure animal btw?
