Global News (Regional/Local) Openings (Before Edit)

Most of the regional/local news main openings for Global News.

These openings were used until September 19, 2010, when a new package of graphics (which wasn't as cool as these ones) began to slowly phase in afterwards, in certain Global stations.

The openings shown include either the News Hour or the Evening News for the following in the order of: Global BC, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Winnipeg, Ontario, Quebec, and Maritimes; or all in reverse order.

If you have any missing local openings for Global News (if I'm not mistaken, Saskatoon and Lethbridge are missing), please send them to me so that I can remake one that includes all the openings.

Global "Ontario" drives me crazy. It has nothing to do with any part of Ontario outside of Toronto. I wish they would just be more honest and call it "Global Toronto". Notice also that "Global Ontario" is the only local news that doesn't even bother to identify its location, even though its repeaters sends the signals into other provinces. It's like people from Toronto can't even imagine that someone could not live in Toronto.
