This guy have balls to do it, and the US goverment knows that this travel restriction is stupid and anti-constitutional, that´s why they don´t press charges againt this guy.

And how´s not going to Cuba is going to bring democracy?? That has nothing to do with it, I´m mexican I went to Cuba 2 times last year (look at my videos) why?? because I have the FREEDOM to go any place I want, I don´t have to ask my goverment (I´m not 10 years old anymore) Americans would understand better the strong and awful reality of what cuban have to live if they see it in their own eyes instead of what the Miami press wants you to know.

I wonder if this guy spent his time in the Cuban resort areas drinking rum all day long and dreaming of che and fidel or if he ever took the time to see exactly how Cubans live. If he would ever like to visit Cuba again, I'd love to take him to Los Pinos right outside of Habana to get his perspective on things. I am STRONGLY AGAINST Americas who want to visit Cuba just to take in some rays and sit on the beach all day long. How is that going to bring democracy to Cuba? Get real!

American's could freely travel to the Soviet Union, Americans could freely travel to Apartheid South Africa, Americans could freely travel to Nazi Germany in the 1930's, Americans can travel to North Korea and Saudi Arabia to this day --- yet an American in Ft Lauderdale can't travel on a 1hr flight south to the beautiful beaches of Cuba.
