If we didn't make mistakes we wouldn't learn from them :)

This is my first rebatch so let's see how it goes.

  • Can wait for the outcome, did u darken your hair color? Ur profile pic looks very pretty.

  • @soniasbliss Hi sweetie! Yes I did dye my hair, I went from blonde to black. Just wanted something new and different :) My fingers are crossed, hoping this soap turns out :). Hugs, Hil

  • OMG.. LOL it does look moldy...

  • @HappyBubblesSoap I know, I couldn't believe it. After I cut the first bar I'm thinking.... Oh no! Haha. Xoxo

  • Cool, I've been wondering what could be done with soap that has seized. Everyone talks about rebatching soap but I've never seen it. Thanks!

  • @spiotticd I'm so glad you like it. Thanks for watching hun :)

  • I'm a failed batch today and watching your video as a refresher. Thanks!

  • Too funny. I just made my first re-batch video too. The difference is that I've re-batched a lot. I love Crockpot hot process and rebatch. You are doing a fine job. I usually make a hot process in another crockpot at the same time. Then I mix them in the end (after coloring the hot process and usually stick blending). I scent the mix for the hot process soap and plonk it into molds. Sugar water helps, and sodium lactate, if you use it. You did great.

  • Been there, done that, lol on more than one occasion, so I know how u feel. It's nice to know that u can save it.

  • Rebatching is actually the perfect time to add scent & colorant, since the party pooper known as lye has already left the party. Lye wants to kill off everything....lol. Therefore, scent & color stick around longer & have a wonderful time! Just call it a French Milled soap & no one will know the difference, since it's still a very good soap. :)

  • That looks just like a HP batch I did yesterday! I was testing a new recipe and f/o and wham... rock hard and butt ugly! Good thing hubby and kids don't care about prettiness or else I would of been doing the same thing as you! Good luck with it! :)

  • Whosa??! What happened??! what a fun adventure :)
