Abe Foxman the head of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the worlds largest advocate for Israel and fighting Anti-Semitism meets with Yushchenkos advisors and warns them not to compare the two genocides the Holodomor and the Holocaust:

Abe Foxman (head of the ADL): But one thing that you need to be sensitive about is not to link it (the Holodomor) with the Holocaust. Be careful that it not be linked as your genocide and our genocide, because that would be counter-productive.

Israel has still yet to recognize the Holodomor as genocide.

This monopoly Jews want to have on the term 'holocaust', their not wanting that word to be used to describe the deaths of other peoples, is the result of a desire to be special, to believe their history can't have parallels with those of other peoples, and say that what happened to Jews was unequivocally the worst deed by humanity: and that therefore the whole world's in debt with the Jews. Indeed do not compare, one may have to change their reality and world views and we would have to rewrite history, lot of libraries out there would have to close their doors, when facts are left out truth - the truth is fictional - think of all we would have to change if the truth were known - there could be a domino effect that would crash the world around - I felt shame for being Ukrainian for our working in the death camps in WW2 no more shame for me - it is now shame on you!
