1991 Togum Cooling Tunnel. Model: TO.K500-9-9.9/15. Cooling capacity: 11 tons or 40 kW / hr. Designed for product capacity (candy ropes) of 3300 lbs. / hr. with a maximum product cooling of 121 feet per minute respective to incoming and outgoing temperatures of 104°F to 64°F using Freon R-22 as refrigerant. This is a (9) multi-tiered level, cooling tunnel with a 482 ft. 11 in. (active 237 ft. 9 in.) x 19 in. fabric, rubber-coated belt, and 2-1/2 in. of clearance between tiers. Belt is rated for use with foodstuffs. Conveyor infeed height: 6 ft. 6 in. Conveyor exit height: 2 ft. 8 in. Conveyor infeed and discharge access-way dimensions: 22-1/2 in. L x 4-1/2 in. H. Features include: emergency, inside door releases on (5) front access doors (end doors have full-size glass viewing panes) that are 35 in. W x 70 in. H. In addition to having an adjustable belt speed, ensuring optimized residence times in the tunnel, this unit has blowing cold air flow created by evaporators, and blown by ventilators with (3) 18 in. fans along the conveyor belts for homogeneous cooling on all sides of the product. Overall dimensions: 33 ft. 3/4 in. L x 6 ft. 9-1/2 in. W x 7 ft. 6 in. H.
