If you find that your workouts are getting stale and you just can't seem to break through your latest fat loss plateau, you need to mix things up a bit to stimulate your body to get over the hump and start losing fat again.

One of the most fun and unique ways to do this is through the use of upper body cardio. Simply put, upper body cardio is a serious of cool new fat loss conditioning exercises which only use your upper body!

If you've never tried these before, I guarantee they will kick your butt and help you lose fat like never before! Plus, they're super fun and a great new challenge for any workout routine.

  • I personally don't have any videos up on youtube showing that but there are plenty on this site if you do a search for it.

    Just about every decent trainer in the world right now is using HIIT to get great results for their clients, so have a look around and you will see plenty of evidence.

    It's amazing to see the transformations people make.

  • I am in this situation. Knee and right groin injuries prevent me from cardio with legs. Instead, at the suggestion of the trainer, I use all the upper body Cybex equipment at Planet Fitness with very little resistance and weight, sometimes only 10 lbs, and rep until I'm exhausted. I'm 75 and I can get my heart rate up to 105. It's almost impossible for me to get my heart rate higher no matter how strenuous the exercise. Does anyone else have this problem?

  • The video is good. Nice exercise I think I could use this for my workout plans for the week. I do know a link of a site that offers free workout plans and information that you could gain lean muscles and achieve the lean muscular look you look after. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it in my profile.
