  • god why do people who do not know what it feels like, always act as though they know aaaaaaaaaaall about it and know exactly how to 'cure' you. And he keeps talking about stress.. erhh that's more like panic attack. Stress for no reason is not scary, panic on the other hand is.

  • Very good intentions, but doesn't address the real problem of false flight or flight reactions as they apply to, say, agoraphobics.

  • @Dobiekinq you feel tired and shortness of breath because your heart is prolly beating a million beats per minute, no big deal, in order to over-come this anxiety you just have to spar and focus in on the person in front of u, zone out all the other thoughts of oh I wonder what if, or who’s watching, or how I look.. I was once told that in order to build confidence you have to do things you fear the most… worst thing that could happen is that you could learn from your mistakes

  • i am a beginner boxer and when sombody asks to spar with me or if somone wants to fight me i feel so weak and like i can't breathe i try to take deep breathes but it dont work, and i feel like im goin to be sluggish and as if i was like in a light dream ughh i cant explain it but i wanna get rid of it.!!! sombody help me.!!

  • @ConstanceVolturi Me Toi suffered for 13 yrs now .

  • I might be wrong but I'm thinking he's never had a bad bout of panic disorder. The feeling of fear of a large animal vs the feeling of a panic attack are similar but they're not the same thing. I can almost guarantee that anxiety disorders are developed early [first five years] in a persons life [or from trauma later in life]. I've dealt with anxiety since I was a small child from traumatic emotional conditions. Not evolution.

  • I want him to be my therapist! Where does this gentleman live??
