@hollymclain98 Or overuse of Flouride. This stuff is actually very bad for your teeths! It makes them harder but also more brittle. I havn't visit a dentist for about 15years now. I have cured my cavity. I gained all information from a book called "cure tooth decay". Just you use common sense: Your body can cure you from almost everything. Tooths are not dead, I strongly belive they can heal if you support this process. This is my guess. All the processed food, cosmetic industry is making us ill

Many people get white spots as the result of sleeping with your mouth open. Another cause of white spots is eating too many sour candies, drinks, etc.
