Errrr 1:26 "Wise Latino"... No, Graham, she said "wise LATINA." Latinos are men, Latinas are women. It's the set-up to a hilarious observation steeped in white privilege, too. I hate when idiots like him make all of us gringos look bad.

I love how Sen. Graham shared with her that "unless you have a meltdown, you're going to be confirmed." This paints true colors to the fact that affirmative action is happening even when we don't want to admit it. I am hispanic and it pains me to see "Latinos" use their experiences as "minorities" as a way to encourage other minorities to achieve the very same as those who didn't "grow up in the barrio." Get over it raza! It's 2010! We have the same opportunities and obstacles as non latinos.

Please don't make me watch Jimmy Dean sausage commercials before getting to the congressional content. This is not what I expect from YouTube. It demeans the content.

perfect pitch. Bravo!

funny how you imply that sodomayor is NOT racist, when she has made racist comments. lol. I find that funny. she feels because she is puerto rican that shes better than you--but you are too stupid to see the bias and bigotry in that. ahhh democrats. If they were smarter I would hire them.

'and i don't think you will'
interesting play on words

I have to tell, albeit without any expectation of rectification, your comment was troubling and quite disgusting.
The accusation of 'racism' is thrown around way too much and to advocate murder and violence as you did is disturbing.
Clearly you just don't get it.
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.
Where in the aforementioned oath does it say ANYTHING about judging from her own personal circumstances?

well... definitely a liberal. On record as better than the people around her and of the opinion that a Hispanic woman can make better decisions than a white male. **This person is not fit to be a Supreme court justice** The job is not one "for HER people" it is supposed to for "the people". Her confirmation will help bring the new social services so desperately wanted in the state of "Calexico" even faster....
