Normal difficulty.
This is me killing a Super Mutant Behemoth in Fallout 3 with just my good ol' Shishkebab. 10 STR and 100 Melee skill, wearing Prototype Medic Power Armor.
Game running at 1680x1050, Ultra High, 4xAA, and 16xAF with:
Q6600 3.4GHz
8800GT 512MB
2GB DDR2-800
WinXP Pro SP3
...it's not on easy, and I know I should've hotkeyed the stimpacks.
