The human body and these diseases are really hard to understand, but it IS known that one's psychological state can help the proccess, like a miracle.

Studying medicine is one way to fight those tough diseases, but there's also the alternative treatments. There's a film, which I can't remember the name or actor, that shows a man helping several elders with happiness

I know, it looks like "Mind Empowers". Psychology might be also supports the immune system. If we stressed the immune system was weak, if our mood elevated (happy) the immune systems also elevated.

I've ever heard a news, that people are doing some sort of "laughing therapy" to reinforce, and even enhancing the immune system, like helping the elders with happiness you said

replace fear based thinking with love based thoughts. its easier said that done tho. can you tell me what the ingredients of hiv inhibitor drugs are? my understanding is that the chemical compounds are basically poisonous, but since they don't tell us, we cannot find out the truth.
