こないだあるラジオで言ってたよ。捕鯨問題の話題が出たときに、"日本人を海に泳がせ て撃ち殺してやればいい"って聞き間違えはないと思う。前に新聞の一面に"JAP KILLS AUSSIE WHALES"とあったときJAPの部分を自分の名前に書き換えられて壁に張られてあったことがあります、、、も ちろん俺はFXXC AUSSIE、 KILL THE WHALES! と上書きしました。

ラジオで"日本人を海に泳がせてう撃ち殺せ"と聞いた方。それと同じようなコメントが ヘラルドサンにも載っていました。それに教養と進歩のない人種とかねもっといろいろな 中傷読みました。マスコミや公共の場でこんなこと平気で言える人達だから見えないところで何を言われているか想像絶することでしょう。知り合いも職場でジョークとの名目で ちくちくやられていると聞きます。（本当はちくちくどころではなさそうだけど）ここま で来るともう虐待のように感じる人がいて当然ですよね。白人はもともとアジア系を見下しますが、鯨の問題はもってこいのカラカイねたになっているのは確か。今戦争を知らな­い若者までがジャプ！といって面白がる背景には人種問題も鯨にあい重なっているように思います。今、人間皆が何かしらいらいらしていて喧嘩や暴動騒動でストレスを発散しよ­うとしてこの国でも理屈に合わせて都合のよい捕鯨にその矛先がむけられているのかも知 れません。もうこの国のほとんどの人間が捕鯨に関していらだっていると言ってのよいかもしれないので

日本の新聞テレビで「○○は野蛮だ」という表現を見ることはない。もしこうした表現を使えばそれだけで大問題となる。オーストラリア人は独善的なので例えば「捕鯨は野蛮だ 」「日本人を殺せ」という表現が使われても問題視しない。

オーストラリアは環境保護に熱心な国ではなく「熱心なフリをするのが上手い国」。巧みに鯨を利用して"環境保護"を内外に強調し、日本批判を繰り返し、ナショナリズムを煽­り、人種差別意識も手伝って反捕鯨運動は巨大化している。国を挙げて反捕鯨運動をするのは勝手だが、日本人を野蛮人扱いするような報道や政治家の発言は容認できない。この­点では在豪日本人、大使館だけでなく、日本人そのものの意識改革も必要。嵐が過ぎ去る のをただただ待つような受身だけの日本人の態度は終わりにしたい。

オーストラリア人は南極及びその周辺海域のかなりの部分を自国領だと認識している（も ちろん国際法上は認められていない）。２０１１年に南極条約が見直される「可能性」があり、国際法上の領土拡張への期待も膨らんでいる。オーストラリアは非常にナショナリ ズム、自尊心（Aussie Pride）が強い国でもある。

パタゴニアというアウトドア用品等を扱う企業がシーシェパードを支援している。テロリ ストが着ている防寒衣等はパタゴニア社のもの。パタゴニアの製品を買うと売上げの一部 がシーシェパードに流れる。環境保護に対する考え方は色々あるが、暴力団を支援する企 業の製品は買うべきでない。明らかに人権を侵害しているのだから。

鯨・イルカが「最も人間に近い存在」で、特別に「美しく」「すばらしく」「平和的で」 「痛みを感じ」「感情が豊か」であるという科学的な証明はもちろんない。オーストラリ アなど西洋世界での鯨類に関する報道、教育は相当問題がある。ID理論と同じく、西洋人の非科学的な一面だといえる。

@NiphredilXD oh there are videos on ranting against Japan that is one of the things foreigners always rant about is Japanese history and they also hate the U.S., those two countries are the ones I always hear people point out bad history of. It seems people have always been jealous of world powers. You think every other country is a saint? look at North Korea, Russia, China and other communist countries that treat their people like crap. There is tons of evil in EVERY country.

I think you will find less Japanese hunting whales at the moment. They seem to be busy in other areas of conservation, like saving their country from a nuclear meltdown.
